Counter/Barista
Decorating and displaying a variety of pastries. Providing customer service, operating POS system, taking orders, handling cash and credit cards. Monitoring ‘counter area’ and dining room to ensure that things are clean and stocked at all times. Bussing the dining room, wiping tables, stocking cutlery, napkins, etc. Making espresso drinks (knowledge of espresso and barista experience is a bonus). Scooping ice cream. Using and cleaning commercial bread slicer. Helping with dishes. Daily clean up and restock at end of day. Customer service and enjoying interacting with customers are necessary to be successful in this position.

Housekeeper
Part time housekeeper for two rental cabins, Stehekin Log Cabins. Part time work at the bakery.

Deli Cook
Job includes: preparing lunch and breakfast sandwiches to order, batches of soups and salads, espresso and customer service. Fresh ingredients, small but creative menu, working at the Stehekin Pastry Company counter.
