Responsible for making breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches and preparing lunch specials for the day. Each day there is special sandwich, special sandwich and a soup of the day. The deli cook is responsible for deciding the specials and preparing them before lunch.
Deli Prep/Afternoon Deli
Shifts typically start around 11 am to help the deli cook with the lunch rush. The deli prep/afternoon deli person is responsible for keeping the deli open in the afternoon for sandwiches and doing the prep for the next day's lunch specials as well as keeping the deli salads stocked.
Part time housekeeper for our rental cabins, Stehekin Log Cabins, and part time as deli prep/afternoon deli.
All elements of scratch baking.
Three days working as counter/barista and two days baking.
